While a little difficult to find - Johnny came and met us when we called and got us there - place was very nice - new and once we got acclimated to the area - easy to get to and from Venice which was wonderful... shuttle to and from the bus stop worked well as parking in Venice is not hourly.

It was excellent, and our experience was amazing. Apartment was spacious, clean and sufficient kitchen utensils. Hotel staffs are very good and they are very helpful

The staff was friendly, the location rural and relaxing, the bus stop and shopping were quite a distance walking, but the shuttle service helped to compensate for that when needed.
No internet access - these days, wireless internet, reasonably priced, is essential

The owners and all of the facilities were great. It was a perfect place to stay and be able to have quick trips over to Venice and all of the surrounding islands. I would highly recomend this place to anyone. It was very quiet and peaceful place. ENJOY!!!!

The location close to airport. My sisters, niece and I were able to share a room (apartment), and the courtesy of the owners.
No ice or cold drink available.

Clean, well equipped and convenient location. Nicola and her husband were brilliant and were friendly and helpful. Gave all the information needed for touring venice when checking in, as well as nice places to eat nearby- The bus stop to venice is 2 minutes drive a way, directly in front of a car park, where you can leave your car for 5 euros a day.

We stayed in the family apartment, which was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Our host Gianni could not have been more helpful, organising transfers and providing us with local information and recommendations. The setting in the countryside is very charming, yet only 5 minutes from Marco Polo airport.

We enjoyed the warm and friendly reception from our hosts, the immaculate cleanliness of the apartment, the building and the premises. The hosts were very helpful and made us feel happy to be there. We also enjoyed the quiet environment both inside and outside of the building where the apartment was located. A noticeable advantage is having a place to buy a bottle of wine on the premises at very good prices. We highly recommend this Hotel for families or couples.
Not having internet service.

The apartment was new, and the country location outside Venice was very peaceful. Our hosts were lovely--very helpful and accomodating. We particularly appreciated the reasonably-priced car service into Venice.
We would have loved to have had Internet service.

The owners are very friendly..the service they provided was above standard! The family atmosfere was strongly felt, what I like from family run accommodation (this personal touch is many times missing in big hotels). My husband needed to arrange some things for work and without hesitation they helped us (with smile)..and when we left something important behind, they immediately called us. The appartment was big! I would say it was more than 60 m2, soooo clean, new furniture, working wifi (faster than at home..not like in other hotels), fully eqquped kitchen, aircon..big parking space..and a lovely small bio store down there..a really good stop for visit to venice (just about 30-45 minutes by bus..the buses run often from accross the church, around 500 m from the farm).
Location was not easily found..in our 2 gps the street was not listed..the easier entrance would be from via triestina to via piovega..first street to the right..at the end (next to house number 10) u will find a smaller street toward the farm..we thought the house number 10 was the farm, which could be big dissapointment..but the farm was 10a..and just a few meters ahead.. Maybe the the theme farm can be explored more..there are no animals and no direct closure to the plantage behind the appartment..

Spacious rooms, good internet connection, friendly host, good farm produce, functional kitchen, clean beds & sheets. Close proximity to beach, easy bus ride to venice. We love the place.
You would need to drive to get to the apartment and I think some wine glasses and cereal bowls would complete the kitchen.

Jinny was very very helpful, it was a beautiful quiet place to rest up before flying to New York , hobby also suggested a fantastic resturant just up the road where he dropped us off and picked us up, probably the best meal and value for our whole 2 weeks in italy
